Owen Wolff appears on this list for the first time and climbs all the way up to 16. Owen has started the last three matches at right-winger for Austin and has played pretty well. He’s been creating a lot of chances and last weekend he had his first career assist. He is an ascending 17 year old who seems to have won a starting job over veteran Ethan Finlay for the time being. Owen will be one to keep a close eye on throughout the rest of the year. He could start to climb this list pretty quickly.
