Best MLS vs World Team

As Bruce Arena gets settled in and begins to explore who are his best players to select, I started thinking about what might it look like if he went for an all-world team or an all-MLS team for some continuity. Many of these players have been called up, several on a regular basis recently as shown in bold below.
